Selleca Nagy
Selleca Nagy

Selleca and her husband, Jason, are raising their five children in a historic home in Tremonton, where family life, meaningful work, and the occasional home project keep things interesting. Originally from a small town of fewer than 2,000 people, Selleca grew up following in the footsteps of her father, a contractor. From an early age, she was curious about how things worked and eager to learn by watching, asking questions, and getting hands-on experience. That curiosity has stayed with her.

She holds a CDL, is comfortable operating heavy equipment and tools, and genuinely enjoys the kind of work that often becomes a hobby.

Throughout her career, Selleca has been involved in the development, replication, and expansion of more than 37 businesses across a variety of industries. Her experience has given her a unique perspective on what it takes to build and grow an organization. She has been part of executive-level conversations about vision and strategy while also working alongside the people responsible for bringing those ideas to life. She enjoys understanding how the different parts of a business work together, identifying opportunities, and finding practical solutions that help people and organizations move forward.

At the heart of who Selleca is, both personally and professionally, is a passion for learning, problem-solving, and helping others recognize what is possible. She thrives on complex challenges and has a natural ability to take situations that feel overwhelming and find a clearer, more manageable path forward. Whether she's working through a business challenge, exploring a new idea, or taking on a hands-on project, she brings curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to roll up her sleeves.

Outside of work, Selleca's love of building and creating carries into everyday life with Jason and their children. From projects around their historic home to whatever new opportunity comes along, she enjoys seeing the potential in things and finding ways to bring that potential to life. For Selleca, the best part of any project is the opportunity to learn something new, make a meaningful difference, and turn a good idea into something real. Tharling is a natural extension of that passion.

Amanda Varga
Amanda Varga
Amanda has called Garland, Utah, home for the past 14 years, but her roots run deep in rural south western Idaho, where she grew up appreciating the values of hard work, family, community, and a little bit of country living.

A mom of five and proud grandma of two, Amanda's life is rarely quiet, and she wouldn't have it any other way. She enjoys being involved in her community and giving back through volunteer work with the City of Tremonton Main Street Committee, Utah United Soccer, and local 4-H. At the heart of who Amanda is, both personally and professionally, is a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

She has a natural ability to connect with people, recognize their strengths, and bring out the best in those around her. Whether through training, coaching, mentoring, or simply being a sounding board, she finds fulfillment in helping people build confidence, develop their abilities, and discover what they are capable of achieving.

She believes success is rarely accomplished alone; it happens when people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. When she's not busy with family, community projects, or one of her many ideas, you'll likely find Amanda on the sidelines cheering for her son's soccer team, horseback riding with her daughter, or getting her hands dirty building a botanical garden alongside her husband, Christian, in their three-acre horse pasture. She loves the outdoors, has a soft spot for animals and growing things, and is always dreaming up the next project. For Amanda, the best parts of life are found in family, meaningful relationships, community, and having the opportunity to turn a good idea into something real.
